LPG Cylinders in All Capacities
In addition to the two popular capacities of 12kg and 45kg, VietnhatGas manufactures LPG cylinders in other capacities requested by partners, with paint colors and embossed information matching their own brand identity. This page is for gas filling stations, gas companies and distributors building or expanding a fleet of cylinders under their own brand.
All capacities share the same foundation: hot-rolled steel plate for pressure vessels, automatic welding, and POL or QCC valves depending on the target market.
In the gas market, users and delivery staff recognize each company's cylinders mainly by paint color and the information on the cylinder body. That is why private-label cylinders are usually ordered with three layers of identity:
Paint color and embossing positions should be approved on drawings before the first batch is run.
Every capacity goes through the same 7-step process: incoming steel inspection; blank cutting and press forming; automatic welding; pressure test and leak test; surface cleaning and powder coating; embossing and information printing; valve fitting, final inspection and packing. Each batch is delivered with an inspection certificate and a factory inspection sheet. Cylinders are fitted with valve protection caps, wrapped in PE film and packed on pallets or steel frames depending on the shipping method.
Cooperation models: OEM to the partner's drawings, ODM using a VietnhatGas design with the partner's brand, or OBM distributing the VietnhatGas brand; batch delivery, minimum order quantity per quotation.

Yes. Using the same color code for all capacities helps customers recognize your brand whether the cylinder is large or small; capacities are distinguished by the embossed section.
Provide your color code or current paint sample so VietnhatGas can match it before production, keeping the new batch consistent with the cylinders already in circulation.
