This policy applies to orders for LPG cylinders, valves and OEM · ODM · OBM manufactured products from VietnhatGas. The specific terms of each order are set out in the quotation and the contract. This page helps you understand in advance the payment methods, the payment schedule and the documents you will receive.
Scope
- Batch production orders for LPG cylinders and valves.
- Private-label manufacturing orders (OEM · ODM) and VietnhatGas brand distribution orders (OBM).
- Dealers and distributors under a distribution franchise agreement.
1. Payment methods
- Payment by bank transfer to the company account stated in the contract.
- Transfer reference: company name – contract number or quotation number, so that payments can be reconciled quickly and accurately.
- VietnhatGas does not accept payments into personal accounts.
- Any change of the receiving account will be notified by VietnhatGas in an official stamped letter.
Note: if you receive a request to transfer money to an account different from the one in the contract without an official letter bearing the company stamp, please do not make the transfer and call our hotline 1900 4656 to verify.
2. Payment schedule
Batch production orders
A deposit is paid on signing the contract, and the balance is paid before delivery or per delivery installment. The deposit percentage is stated in the contract.
OEM · ODM · OBM manufacturing orders
Payment is made in stages:
- Sample approval.
- Mass production.
- Delivery.
The payment amount for each stage is as agreed in the contract.
Franchise dealers and distributors
Payment follows the credit terms in the distribution agreement.
3. Invoices and documents
Each shipment is dispatched with:
- A value-added tax (VAT) invoice.
- A warehouse delivery note.
- The technical documentation set specified in the contract, including the inspection certificate and the factory quality inspection sheet.
