VietnhatGas is the LPG cylinder brand of Công ty CP XNK Công nghệ Inmax Á Châu, specializing in the manufacture of LPG cylinders and cylinder valves to private-label requirements (OEM · ODM · OBM) and in nationwide distribution franchising. VietnhatGas partners include gas dealers, gas filling stations, businesses that want products under their own brand, and franchise distributors.

Our cylinders are made from hot-rolled steel plate specified for pressure vessels, produced with automatic welding, and pressure-tested and leak-tested one by one. Every batch leaves the factory with an inspection certificate and a factory inspection sheet, making it easy for partners to manage their cylinders and complete conformity certification procedures.

Three cooperation models
- OEM — manufacturing to the customer's samples and specifications, with logo printing and custom brand paint colors. Suited to gas companies that already have their own cylinder specifications.
- ODM — VietnhatGas designs and produces samples; the customer chooses and applies its own brand. Suited to businesses that want to launch a brand quickly without an existing design.
- OBM — distribution of VietnhatGas-branded products under the franchise policy. Suited to dealers and distributors who want to sell ready-made products.

7-step control process
Every VietnhatGas cylinder goes through seven steps before leaving the factory:
- Incoming steel inspection — specified hot-rolled steel plate with CO and CQ certificates.
- Blank cutting and press forming — cylinder body, top and bottom heads.
- Automatic welding — welding of the body, heads and neck ring, and weld seam inspection.
- Pressure test and leak test — on every cylinder.
- Surface cleaning and powder coating — in the brand color.
- Embossing and information printing — brand, capacity, pressure, serial number and date of manufacture.
- Valve fitting, final inspection and packing — dispatch with documentation.
