LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Service

VietnhatGas manufactures LPG cylinders in batches for gas dealers, gas filling stations and businesses that want cylinders under their own brand. Every cylinder undergoes a pressure test, a leak test and a quality check before leaving the factory; each batch is delivered with documentation so partners can manage their stock and handle procedures with ease.

• Batch production of LPG cylinders — 12 kg, 45 kg and other capacities for residential and industrial use.

• Cylinder valve supply in POL and QCC types, with the cylinders or as a separate batch.

Manufacturing process

1. Incoming steel inspection — hot-rolled steel plate specified for pressure vessels, with CO and CQ certificates.
2. Blank cutting and press forming — blanks are cut on CNC machines, and the cylinder body, top and bottom heads are formed on hydraulic presses.
3. Automatic welding — welding of the body, heads and neck ring; weld seam inspection.
4. Pressure test and leak test — hydrostatic test and gas leak test on every cylinder.
5. Surface cleaning and powder coating — surfaces are cleaned and then powder-coated in the brand color.
6. Embossing and information printing — brand, capacity, pressure, serial number and date of manufacture.
7. Valve fitting, final inspection and packing — valve protection cap, palletizing, and dispatch with documentation.

These seven steps apply to every batch, including private-label orders. The two most important control points for partners are step 4, when every cylinder is hydrostatically tested and leak-tested, and step 7, when the cylinders receive a final inspection before palletizing.

You need cylinders carrying your own paint color, logo and embossed information, optionally with valves to your own standard. VietnhatGas produces samples, and mass production starts only after you approve them.

What can be customized on the cylinder

Documentation with every batch

Every batch of cylinders leaves the factory with an inspection certificate and a factory quality inspection sheet. VietnhatGas can also provide documents for conformity certification procedures at the partner's request. The specific list of documents for each order is stated in the contract.

3. For private-label orders: sampling and sample approval.
4. Sign the contract; production follows the 7-step process.
