VietnhatGas delivers LPG cylinders, valves and manufactured products in batches nationwide. The specific delivery schedule for each order is stated in the contract. The policy below summarizes delivery coverage, timing, costs and how to inspect goods on receipt.
1. Delivery coverage and methods
- Delivery location: at the warehouse, gas filling station or location specified by the customer in the contract.
- Vehicles: trucks operated by carriers qualified to transport pressure vessels.
- Packing: empty cylinders are packed on pallets or in steel frames, with valve protection caps.
- Collection: customers may collect goods from our warehouse by prior appointment.
2. Delivery time
- Production and delivery time depend on quantity, capacity and brand printing requirements, and are confirmed in the quotation before the contract is signed.
- Orders may be split into several deliveries on an agreed schedule; each delivery has its own delivery and receipt record.
To align the delivery schedule with your business plan, please tell us when you need the goods as soon as you send your quotation request.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are quoted together with the quotation based on location and volume, or according to the delivery terms stated in the contract. When requesting a quotation, please include the delivery location to receive the specific shipping cost.
4. Inspection on receipt
Upon receiving the goods, the receiving party checks:
- Quantity.
- Product appearance.
- Serial numbers.
- Accompanying documents.
Any quantity discrepancy or transport damage must be recorded in the delivery and receipt record and reported to VietnhatGas within the period stated in the contract in order to be resolved. Complete recording in the delivery and receipt record is the basis for both parties to reconcile and resolve issues quickly.
