LPG handwheel cylinder valve
The LPG handwheel cylinder valve is the component mounted on the cylinder neck that opens and closes the gas flow. VietnhatGas supplies brass-body handwheel valves, either pre-fitted on cylinders made by VietnhatGas or delivered in separate batches to dealers and gas filling stations that need replacement or additional valves.
The valve is opened and closed by a handwheel, operated directly at the top of the cylinder. The valve body is made of brass, a material commonly used for LPG valves because it allows precise threading and is not corroded by LPG. The product is supplied within the framework of QCVN 04:2013/BCT, the national technical regulation on LPG cylinder safety.

With cylinders: the valve is fitted in the final step of the 7-step cylinder manufacturing process, after the cylinder has passed the pressure test, leak test, powder coating and information stamping. In separate batches: intended for gas filling stations and dealers needing replacement valves during maintenance or cylinder re-inspection. Partners should specify the cylinder type in use (12kg, 45kg or another capacity) and the connector type so VietnhatGas can verify the specifications before delivery.
VietnhatGas cylinders come with a POL or QCC valve option depending on the target market; the connector type of the handwheel valve in each batch is clearly stated in the quotation.
Both the 12kg cylinder and the 45kg cylinder from VietnhatGas are fitted with valves in the final manufacturing step. For cylinders from other manufacturers, the neck thread and connector type must be verified before ordering.
