Butane gas canister - VNG/GMN006
Details
VNG/GMN006 is a butane gas canister with a navy body, white text printed vertically along the body and a flame icon. The design has few details, a dark background and light text, giving a modern, clean look. It is intended for brands pursuing a minimalist image, especially when the brand name is long or information needs to be presented vertically.
Vertical text: an advantage when cans stand on the shelf
Butane gas canisters have a tall body and a small diameter. When text is printed horizontally, long names often have to be shrunk or are hidden by the curvature of the can. Vertical printing makes use of the height, allowing larger text that can be read in full when the can stands upright on the shelf. The navy background with white text keeps contrast high, while the flame icon tells buyers the purpose at a glance.
The line specifications apply to GMN006: butane gas with purity above 95%, blue flame; cold-rolled steel shell 0.3 – 0.4mm, needle valve, gas-resistant rubber gasket; gas weight 227g, 230g or 250g depending on the model; 28 cans per carton.
Suitable sales channels and markets
- Supermarkets and convenience store chains: the minimalist style suits standardized shelf layouts alongside many modern brands.
- Outdoor gear stores: navy is a familiar color for outdoor equipment, making it easy to cross-sell with stoves and accessories.
- Businesses considering overseas markets: the vertical text layout with few patterns is easy to adapt when label content must be added in the importing country's language. Labeling requirements vary from country to country, so please discuss in advance so VietnhatGas can advise on the scope of support.
Reprinted to your brand identity
With GMN006, the parts usually replaced are the vertical text line (brand name) and the flame icon (logo). The navy tone can be kept as is or adjusted to your primary color. The ODM model suits those who want to move quickly from an existing design; OEM suits those who already have a finished design. See OEM brand customization for the items that can be changed.
Frequently asked questions
Will a long brand name fit vertically on the can?
Vertical printing makes use of the can's height, so it can usually fit a longer name than horizontal printing. Send us your exact brand name so the sales department can advise on font size and layout.
Can the flame icon be replaced with my logo?
Yes. The can body design is reprinted to the customer's identity; the flame icon can be replaced with your logo or kept as a secondary symbol.
How do GMN006 and GMN009 differ?
Both feature vertical text. GMN006 uses a deep navy background with a modern, solid feel; GMN009 uses a light blue background with a red-orange cap, for a brighter, lighter tone.
