VNG/GMN003 is not a single print design but a set of three can body options: an orange body, a blue – white body with a round emblem, and a red – black body. The set is intended for businesses building their own butane gas canister brand that need a starting point to compare and choose an identity direction before mass printing.
Three identity directions in one design code
- Orange body: a warm, youthful tone that evokes a cooking flame; suits brands targeting families and groups of friends going camping.
- Blue – white body with a round emblem: a balanced layout where the emblem is a natural spot for the logo, giving a polished impression.
- Red – black body: strong and clear, suited to brands that want to emphasize heat and cooking efficiency.
The three options differ only in the print. The canister itself shares the line specifications: butane gas with purity above 95%, blue flame, cold-rolled steel shell 0.3 – 0.4mm, needle valve, gas-resistant rubber gasket, 28 cans per carton.
Using the three designs for your product strategy
Besides choosing a single color, partners can use several colors to tier their products. For example, each color can correspond to a gas weight of 227g, 230g or 250g, helping sales staff and customers tell them apart quickly on the shelf. Another approach is to split colors by channel: one color for supermarkets, one for gas dealers and one for hotpot and barbecue restaurants, making it easier to track stock and sales programs per channel.
This approach pays off when you want to expand the product line later while keeping a consistent identity system: the same text and logo layout, with only the background color changing.
From a chosen design to a private-label canister
The process usually follows the ODM route: you choose one or several options in GMN003 and send your logo, brand name and company information; VietnhatGas then reprints the can body to that identity. Do I have to order all three designs?
No. You can choose one option or combine several; the minimum order quantity for each print design will be stated in the quotation.
Can the round emblem from the blue – white design be moved onto the orange body?
Can body designs are reprinted to the customer's identity, so rearranging layout elements between options can be discussed at the design stage. Describe your idea in the quotation request to receive advice.
I don't have a design yet. Where should I start?
