Cast-iron jet burner - VNG/BH001
Details
VNG/BH001 is a jet burner with a cast-iron body and burner head, delivering a powerful and focused flame. It is used where large pots must be cooked continuously: industrial canteens, restaurants, broth kitchens, sweet soup stalls and sticky rice stalls. The model suits LPG dealers, commercial kitchen equipment suppliers and businesses wanting a jet burner under their own brand.
Construction of the cast-iron jet burner
- Cast-iron burner body: heat-resistant and durable during hours of continuous cooking.
- Burner head (jet nozzle) with many small holes: produces a powerful flame focused on the bottom of the pot.
- Ignition: manual (pilot) or electronic, selected per order.
- Gas control valve: adjusts the amount of gas fed to the burner, and thus the strength of the flame.
- Sturdy pot support: holds large pots from 30 to 100 liters.
Gas supply and installation
BH001 uses LPG supplied from a 12kg or 45kg cylinder via a pressure regulator. This differs from portable gas stoves using canisters: jet burners are usually installed in a fixed position and connected to a large cylinder. VietnhatGas manufactures 12 kg LPG cylinders and 45 kg LPG cylinders, so dealers and gas filling stations can source burners from the same supplier as their cylinders.
Installation and usage precautions:
- Use a pressure regulator suitable for the burner and cylinder; check all connections for leaks before lighting.
- Place the burner on a flat, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.
- Keep the gas cylinder well away from the flame, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
- Close the cylinder valve at the end of each cooking shift.
Private-label jet burner manufacturing
BH001 is available for OEM or ODM manufacturing. Partners can choose the ignition type (manual or electronic), apply their brand and create their own packaging. For LPG dealers, adding a jet burner under the same brand makes it possible to offer a complete cylinder-and-burner set to canteens and restaurants. See the models on the cooperation models page. Minimum order quantity and delivery time per quotation.
Frequently asked questions
Is a 100-liter pot stable on the burner?
The BH001 pot support is built to hold pots from 30 to 100 liters. When using large pots, place the burner on a flat, solid surface and do not move it while the pot is full.
Should a 12kg or 45kg cylinder be used for the jet burner?
The burner works with both via a pressure regulator. Canteens cooking multiple shifts usually choose 45kg cylinders to reduce replacements; small eateries can use 12kg cylinders.
Manual or electronic ignition?
Manual ignition (pilot) has a simple construction; electronic ignition is quicker to operate. Tell us your customers' usage habits so VietnhatGas can advise and quote for each option.
