The MS 004 alcohol stove has a square copper-tone body with a support for a large two-handled pan. Compared with the round models, MS 004 is geared toward group servings: a large pan placed in the middle of the table and shared by everyone. It is designed for seafood restaurants, hotpot eateries and businesses wanting a warm-toned alcohol stove line under their own brand.

The square shape creates a wide base, so a large two-handled pan sits steadily on the support, suiting dishes with plenty of broth or ingredients. The copper tone has a rustic, welcoming feel that pairs easily with wooden tables, ceramic tableware or a seaside-eatery setting. The stove runs on solid or liquid alcohol and produces no smoke, so it also suits indoor seating areas.
The body material can be stainless steel, steel, aluminum or powder-coated iron; copper is the display color and can be changed on request.

Will the copper tone hold up to frequent cleaning?
Color durability depends on the body material and surface finish. Once the material is finalized, VietnhatGas will advise on suitable cleaning methods to preserve the color.
Is an alcohol stove safe for seafood dishes with a lot of broth?
Place the stove on a flat, stable tabletop; never add alcohol while the stove is lit; keep it away from paper napkins and flammable items. Service staff should be trained on how to place and extinguish the stove.
